Waiting list:
If you apply for a course that is full, we will place your name on a waiting list and advise you
in the event of an opening. No deposit is necessary to be placed on the waiting list.
To hold your spot in a workshop, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your application. The amount of the deposit is specified in the FEE section of each workshop.
Deposits can be made via check, credit card over the phone (Visa, MasterCard or America Express), or cash. The FEE section under each open workshop also allows paypal payments.

not responsible for the reimbursement of expenses such as airline tickets.
Our liability is limited to returning all monies paid to The New Orleans Photography Workshops.
To maintain a consistent level of technical and aesthetic proficiency, some workshops require the submission of images prior to acceptance. Your application and deposit will hold a spot in the workshop of your choice, but you are not officially accepted into the workshop until our staff has reviewed your portfolio. If we do not feel that your workshop choice is appropriate, we will contact you to discuss other possibilities. If you choose not to transfer to an alternate workshop, we will refund your deposit in full.
After applying for the workshop, submit ten to twenty images.
Both digital and physical submissions are accepted, however the upload web interface is the preferred method of submission.
Digital submission guidelines:
• Images should be formatted as 72 dpi jpeg at 5"x7" for a maximum of 500Kb (1/2 Mb) each.
